2. Description of Service

FlowLoom is a web automation platform that allows you to record, run, and manage web workflows. The Service includes workflow recording, execution, data extraction, AI-powered self-healing, and related features.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service
  • Collect personal data without proper consent
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of any websites you interact with. FlowLoom provides tools; you are responsible for how you use them.

5. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Service Level Agreement

We commit to the following uptime targets:

  • Starter: 99.5% uptime
  • Pro: 99.9% uptime
  • Enterprise: Custom SLA

Service credits are available for downtime exceeding these commitments.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowLoom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowLoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
